Stopsley High School at CBC

 

12 Pupils visited the Central Bedfordshire College as part of their Food Preparation and Nutrition course. The group went on a taster day to see the running of the college and the courses they offer.

 The pupils were shown many hospitality skills and requirements from, laying up tables, folding linen napkins and even how to do silver service waiting on tables. The group where then taken into the kitchens were they worked alongside the main chef making batches of scones, which they took away with them.

The college offers NVQ level 2,3 courses in Catering and Hospitality.
