SEND
At Stopsley we believe that all our students are unique individuals; and we embrace and celebrate the differences between them.
We recognise that some students may require additional support due to behavioural, emotional, communication, medical or academic reasons. Whenever this need is identified, we aim to provide the best possible support by working closely with parents at home.
The Special Educational Needs And Disabilities team is led by the SENCo, Mrs Niamh Hickey-Ford. We have a team of Teaching Assistants with training and experience of supporting students with a variety of needs such as Autism, Speech, Language and Communication Difficulties, Visual and Hearing Impairments and Dyslexia.
